I found that their customer service system is very bad. Really rubbish microphone.ĭuring this process, I have been in contact with the customer service on the Blue website. I really want to smash the microphone right now. Unfortunately, when I was in the middle of class at night, the students said, "Teacher, you become the voice of Donald Duck". I deleted all my Mac operating system and reinstalled it. I started to think about my computer operating system. As a result, there was another robot sound during class that evening. In order to give my students good class quality, I will order Blue Yei X immediately. The maintenance department told me that the microphone might be faulty. I immediately contacted Blue Yeti's maintenance department the next day.
I had to unplug the microphone and plug it in again, but it only took a while, and the same thing happened again after a while. The sound of the robot appeared halfway up. The next day after the update, I helped my students in class. I updated Logi G Hub (2021.8.792) and BIg Sur 11.5.1 just two weeks ago. I am very angry and very disappointed about this matter!!! I have been very depressed for more than two weeks, and it has seriously affected my work.

I've seen a bunch of posts for similar problems with M1 MBPs, but I have an Intel *and* my setup was working great for months. I tried an older version of G Hub - same problem.I tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling G Hub, including removing the kext file in Library/Extensions.I tried a different dock (a CalDigit TS3+) with a brand new Thunderbolt 3 cable - same problem.Uninstall G Hub and leave the mic plugged into the dock.Plug the mic directly into my MBP and continue to use G Hub (works but kinda defeats the purpose of the dock).Quickly, I figured out that if I switch mics to another device and switch back, the robotic voice would go away.
video call, my voice would sound "robotic" after about 5 minutes or so.

I was also using the Logitech G Hub software with the Vo!ce enhancements turned on primarily for the Expander/Gate feature and all the other filters turned off. This allows me to connect my MBP to all my desk stuff (monitor, keyboard, etc.) with one cable. It connected to an OWC Thunderbolt 3 powered dock to which my Yeti X is connected. I have a 2019 Intel Mac Book Pro running Big Sur 11.3.1.
